What do you do when life gets hard? Do you rant about how hard it is, or do you sit at the corner and think about how good life is compared to others in the world and appreciate what you've got? At times, i feel like i'm too fortunate to actually grumble about how bad life is. One thing for sure, everyone makes mistakes. That's when your life gets hard. So, stay outta trouble. Don't make the same mistakes time and again. Mistakes = lesson to be learnt. That's what my dearest daddy always tells me, even just 5 seconds ago. & that made me realize, how lucky i am.

In my situation, i honestly... have made too many mistakes in life. Most, repeated. To have been forgiven all my life, it's safe to say i am really fortunate. There are parents who disown. But not mine. There are parents who won't shed a tear caz' they're disappointed at what we've done. But not mine - they are the kinds who share the same feelings as me. Thank God.

I've decided that this time it's once and for all, now or never. I've made a pact to know what the people who matter to me, don't like about me. Don't dare anyone mention the phrase "How can someone who loves you not like something about you? They can't accept you?"... Hmm, i honestly think that is utter bullshit people. The more the person matters, the more you matter to him. And the more you matter, the more he knows your flaws - more than you know your own flaws. How do you become a better person, without knowing what is going wrong and where it's going wrong?

So why not.... you, my dearest reader try this too. No one is perfect, or close to it... in any other person's eyes. But to me, as long as you know you're at your best.. you are the definition of your perfect self.

• Don't be shy to talk to your family members - they are the ones who know you best, deep inside, upwards and downwards (no matter how much we hate to admit it)

• Draw out a questionaire

1. All you gotta do is start with the person's name on top.
2. Relation to you.
3. "What do you dislike about me?"
4. "What do you dislike about me the most?"
5. "What do you like/ love about me?"
6. "What do you like/ love about me the most?"
7. Any feedbacks/ suggestions?

9. & DON'T FORGET TO TELL YOUR FAMILY THE 3 WORDS ' I LOVE YOU!'

• Then, after you've done that... go to each of your family members, and say.. "Hi. My name is *insert name*. I am doing research on MYSELF, and the purpose of this research/ survey is to improve myself as a whole person. And i believe the place to start it is where i belong - my home." ... After you do that, let them take their time to fill whatever-nots up. After all, your family who's been living with you for a lifetime... i don't think a piece of paper is all it takes to tell you what you're all about right? Hee.
